The Beauty of Modesty by David Vaughan and Diane Vaughan. I found it to be very thorough and thought-provoking. I will add more comments later, but I do want to encourage you to check this one out as soon as you are able unless you have already read it and would like to add your comments. This has been on the market since 2005.
